The shipments and services provided by this online shop strictly comply with the terms of these general conditions of sale in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.

For the customer, the order is binding. The contract is realized with the acceptance of the order by Cofti.ch SA, which fulfills the order or sends a confirmation to the customer. The online shop is updated regularly. The prices indicated are binding. Errors and technical changes reserved. It is possible that an item is no longer available at the time of the order; in this case, the customer will be notified.

The prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include the statutory IVA. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the item. Subject to price changes.

The following payment methods are possible:

Shipping takes place by post / planzer. We do our best to process the shipment in a few working days. In no case will claims for damages or withdrawal from the contract be accepted due to shipping delays. The costs for returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

Cofti.ch SA remains the owner of the delivered goods until the latter has been fully paid for.
