The ritual of the aperitif knows no season and with the arrival of the cold weather, we thought we’d warm up the spirits with some delicious flavours. A bottle of Sambì, the delicious sparkling elderflower alcoholic drink, a bottle of Tisana Olivone, a jar of pickled local olives and our new Ticinese chilli pepper cream.
